What workouts do you do?

I love quick, effective workouts that I can do at home or outside. The style of workouts that best fits this category would be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. It burns a ton of calories in a small amount of time and usually uses your own body-weight to build muscle. The YouTube channel Fitness Blender offers full-length, 100% free workouts, so I do them at home whenever I get the chance.
