What’s the best tea for weight loss?

I have three teas that I recommend for digestion, weight loss, and overall improved health. The first is Hawthorn Berry Tea, which I started making myself! Hawthorn Berry is considered a Chinese herb designed to remove ‘food stagnation’ in the body and intestines, which can manifest as weight gain, bloating, constipation, etc. I use this tea after my meals, as it supports fat metabolism and gets your digestion moving after eating so that you feel great. The other teas I recommend include my homemade recipe for a Cinnamon Weight Loss Elixir, which is taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and has been a huge (& easy!) success for many.
