Do I need to refrigerate my products?
None of our products require refrigeration, however we do recommend storing them in a cool, dark place away from direct heat and light for maximum freshness.
What is the shelf life of your products?
If there is a MFG date on the bottom of the bottle, this is the date of manufacturing. This product is good for 3 years after this date.
If there is a EXP date on the bottom of the bottle, this is the date of expiration.
If there is a '4 digits-2 digits' (YYYY-MD) on the back of the tea package, this is the date of manufacturing. This product is good for 3 years after this date.
What is the black substance in my tincture dropper?
The good news is there's nothing to worry about here; this is actually something we look for as a sign of potency upon extraction of specific herbs. The appearance of concentrated compounds on the tincture's dropper is a normal result of our small batch extraction and percolation process, especially when it comes to herbs like St. John’s Wort in our Mood Juice, or Valerian Root in our Sleep Juice. This precipitation is a natural occurrence as it indicates the concentration of active compounds.
Which of your products are breastfeeding and/or pregnancy safe?
We use the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) Botanical Safety Handbook as our resource, and evaluate each formula based on individual herbs to deduce whether a formula is generally considered safe during breastfeeding or pregnancy. However, ""generally considered safe"" is an important distinction, as everyone is different and should ask their practitioner. We always recommend that you speak to your healthcare provider prior to using any dietary supplement if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to get pregnant. Our website provides each supplement fact label and ingredient information that your doctor may use to advise you further.

Does each product page specify if a formula is breastfeeding and/or pregnancy safe for quick reference?
If a formula is nursing safe, you’ll see a bottle icon on the product page with the term “Nursing Safe” underneath. If a formula is both nursing and pregnancy safe, you’ll also see an additional pregnancy safe icon. If a formula is not suitable for either pregnancy or nursing, there will be no icons on the product page other than our usual gluten free, dairy free, etc.
Where does the sweetness come in your tinctures?
The sweetness comes from the base of vegetable glycerin which is made from plant oils. Vegetable glycerin is naturally sweet (although metabolized differently than sugar) and a great alternative for alcohol-based tinctures.
Are any of your products suitable for kids?

Are your products third party tested?
Every single batch of our formulas are third party tested for heavy metals, microbes, pesticides and more. Simply visit the product page of your formula and refer to the "Third party testing - latest batch details" section to view test results. If you're searching for a past batch, use the "search your lot number" function.
Can your formulas be taken together?
Yes, our products can be taken together. However, we recommend taking a maximum of 2-3 daily formulas at once, and using others as tools on an as-needed basis (i.e. Digestive Juice before meals on vacation or while eating out, Peace Juice for occassional tension such as before tests, Sleep Juice for occasional sleeplessness). When you limit your daily staples to just 2-3 formulas, you can more clearly deduce which of our products are most supportive to you personally. Whereas, if you're taking many at once consistently, it may be harder to identify which blends your body responds to best. And of course, because we are all bioindividual, it's important to ask your practitioner first before beginning or combining any dietary supplements within your regimen.

Shipping & Return Policy
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed by 10am EST ship same day. For domestic shipments (Continental USA), please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select standard shipping which takes approximately 14-18 business days to arrive after being shipped to you, OR priority shipment which takes 6-10 business days and includes more detailed tracking information. All orders placed by 10am EST ship out same day. International customers assume responsibility for any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred from customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship certain products to various countries. You may find a list of them below: We are unable to ship the ParaPro Formula to Germany or Norway. We are unable to ship Adrenal Recovery and Thyropro to Brazil. We are unable to ship Mane Magic and Spice it Up Love Bitter to Japan. We are unable to ship Focus Juice, The Purifier Tea, Mood Juice or the Mood Boost Duo to Ireland. We are unable to ship Mood Juice to Israel.
What are your shipping costs?
USA shipping and handling is $8.95 for orders under $99. Expedited 2 day domestic shipping is $15. You will receive free USA shipping for orders over $99. Standard International Shipping & Handling is $25 (14-18 business days and minimal tracking) and International Priority Shipping & Handling is $45 (6-10 business days and detailed tracking). We ship worldwide.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order (please note that for International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves the USA and when it gets delivered. For more detailed tracking, select International Priority Shipping upon checkout). All Organic Olivia orders placed before 10am EST ship same day.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at support@organicolivia.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Shipping and handling to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico is $8.95 for Standard Shipping and $25 for Expedited 2-Day Shipping.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to Canada and worldwide. Upon checkout, you can select standard shipping which takes approximately 14-18 business days to arrive after being shipped to you OR priority shipment which takes 6-10 business days and includes more detailed tracking information. All orders placed by noon EST ship same day. International customers assume responsibility for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs. Unfortunately, we do not ship the ParaPro Formula to Germany or Norway.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to support@organicolivia.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. Please email us at support@organicolivia.com if you’re in this situation.
Why is my credit card payment not going through?
If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following: 1) The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code 2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem) 3) You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal.

Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, you can return your order under the Organic Olivia Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee of $9.95. *Returns are applicable only for continental US orders. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and international orders are final sale.
