Herbal gummies are a really fun and delicious way to integrate herbs into your routine. They are especially great for picky eaters and young children who aren’t necessarily as willing to drink herbal teas or take tinctures.
The key ingredient in these gummies is grass-fed gelatin which happens to be incredibly gut-healing. Gelatin does a whole lot more than just make gummies jiggle. Gelatin is a powdered protein that is predominantly made up of an amino acid called glycine. Glycine has been shown to be very healing to connective tissue in the body, specifically the gut lining. It also has been shown to modulate overall inflammation in the body and free radical damage.
With the addition of our Rosehip Relief syrup, these gummies are especially supportive for sore muscles and can also expedite the healing process of injuries. Rosehip Relief is a deliciously potent extract designed to be taken directly after exercise to help ease temporary muscle soreness, aid recovery, and support a healthy inflammatory response… making these gummies the perfect treat post-workout!
